Kason loves Trevin & Trevin loves Kason so much. He will be screaming away

and if Kason just walks over to him he just smiles. Kason loves to sit by him, hold him, play with him, kiss him, wake him up, get his binki. Everything about his brother, he just loves. I hope they will always be the best little buddies.

Funny Jayli!

I was walking by Jaylis room the other day and I could hear her talking to her babies. So I glance in and this is what I see. She says to me "see....I do fit, I told you" She was so proud that she was able to fit in her babies high chair.

why do I do that?

I finally went to the grocery store last night since we were out of pretty much everything. I have never seen the kids so excited about food. Everything I would pull out they would get excited about. "Yeah......grapes, bananas, hot dogs, yogurt" but the favorite was chocolate milk. Kason said "what the.....you bought chocolate milk already in the jug. I know lets hurry and drink all the other milk (3 gallons) and then we can just have chocolate milk all day!" He thought that was a great idea.

Being the sooo not creative mom that I am, this is all

I came up with for breakfast for the kids. I thought it would be fun, they had a different idea. Kason had a fit "I only like white waffles" and then Jayli joins in with "Green is NOT my favorite color, pink is." Once I convinced them that they are just the same only green, they finally ate them. Thank goodness I didn't try to turn the OJ green.

Ty's come to town!

So for those of you who don't know, Extreme Makeover has come back to Vegas. This time they are working really close to us. My brother & sister-in-law actually live on the same street, just about 5 houses down. It's amazing how many people they have there working all through the night. So far the house is looking pretty amazing.

I am however a little disappointed, we have been there a few times and have yet to see.....

OR EVEN....

I think they just show up for the camera and get all the credit!!

As we were walking up to the house on Saturday afternoon, Kason said "which one are they building?" like it wasn't totally obvious. We stayed for a little bit and then when it was time to go we told Kason "ok lets go" and he said "the house is done already!!" he doesn't quite get it.


We will have to keep going and maybe one of these times we will get lucky and see this.....

Is it spring yet?

Kason and Jayli love to do little crafts. They get so excited and have so much fun. Here is the first one for spring that we did. It didnt turn out quite how I pictured, but we just made do with the things we could find around here. I didn't want to go to the store. They turned out pretty cute though. We have them sitting on the table in the entry and they love to show them off.

Flashback Friday!

Ok I guess I cant get away from the computer today. I have noticed lots of people doing Flashback Friday and think I'll give it a whirl.

When our computer died I had to resort to using all of our old memory cards for our camera since I wasnt able to upload pictures. Well when I put this one into the camera there was some old pictures on it. They arent super old but they were fun to look at. Here's a few.

Something is up with this picture. When I put it onto the computer it looks fine but then when it's in here it's missing some, but you can still see 1/2 of his cute face.

Phew.....I'm pooped, anyone else?? Well these are all the pictures that I have taken and have on the new laptop, so hopefully I will get my old stuff back and update on a few more things. Like ohh...Christmas, New Years, Trevin's Blessing, Allion's wedding, Salt Lake trip, there's gotta be more, gotta find my list.

A little bit about Jayli!

Jayli, Jayli, Jayli....Where would I even begin. She is such a character. There are a few things that she is totally obsessed with.

1. Cinderella

2. Her blue dress (see below)

3. Make up and purses

4. Dress up shoes

5. Princesses

6. Tea parties

7. Babies

This little Miss. thinks that she is Cinderella. She knows the whole movie and can tell you any part you would like. Her favorite scenes include: Gus Gus hiding under the tea cups, "Lucifer...get over here", "Cinderelle make a fire",and putting the glass slipper on her foot. She will just be playing and then come over to me, sit down on the floor and make me put her slipper on. then she says "It fits perfect, I am Cinderella" or she will be walking with her tea tray full of a tea party and drop it when she finds out that the prince is looking for her. My favorite is when she crumbles up a bunch of chips or crackers or something to make and mess, throws it all over the floor and says "breakfast is served" to all her little mice friends. Ohhh the imagination.

My mom made her this blue dress last year and she wants to wear it everyday. She wore it pretty much all winter long. Sometimes I would convince her to wear a shirt under it or tights but most of the time I didn't win. She just loves it. And she is so excited that Grandma has made her a new dress, and it even has a matching purse and a dress just like hers for her baby. Doesn't get much better than that!

Jayli loooooooooooves makeup. Doesn't matter if its mine or hers she just loves the stuff. One day after a huge fight to get her to go to the car so we could go to the store, I finally got out of her why she was so upset. She told me "mommy, I'm not pretty yet, I don't have my make-up on" Oh no.......I cant imagine what she will be like in a few years. And she does such a great job doesn't she? Who wouldn't want her to help with their makeup. She just loves her purses, she has about 6 of them. Whenever she has a purse with her, you can count on her having a few regulars inside. Lipstick (lipsmackers), a comb, a mirror, a princess, a magic wand, and her camera. Never leave home without your magic wand.

Jayli has a pair of Cinderella dress up shoes. She has to wear them along with her blue dress everyday. She wears them to the store, to play, to church (yes, I'm that mom that lets her wear play shoes to church. If that is our only fight of the morning,I'm not gonna insist I win!) Yesterday her cousin was over and as she was leaving they have to run down the street and "race" them as they are leaving. Well they were getting ready to leave and she runs back into the house saying I need my slippers. She comes back out and takes off running down the street in her heels. She is much better in them than I am.

Princesses. Anything that has a princess on it, looks like a princess, or if you can trick her into thinking its a princess. Doesn't matter. She just loves her princesses! Here is a picture of her bed spread that she picked out.

Who doesn't love a good tea party. She is all of a sudden into making ice cream in her tea cups. If you just fill them up with water and put them into the freezer, it makes ice cream! Who knew.

She is the best little mommy to her babies. She loves her babies so much. Grandpa Ellis has made her a bed and then this year for Christmas she got a highchair from him. She will sit in her room for hours just playing babies. She feeds them,then rocks them and puts them to bed. Then she will just sit in her chair and watch them. It's so sweet.

Girls are wayyyy too much fun, we love you Jayli!!!

Trevin is always so happy when he wakes up in the morning. Here is Jayli and Trevin just being cute one morning. Kason wasn't awake yet!

I was so glad that we happened to video this when we did. He only did this 2 times,and now he just laughs at you. Isn't he cute!

Terrible!

Ok so I know I have been a terrible blogger lately. I have been writing down a list of everything I want to be sure to blog about though, so nothing will be forgotten.


About a month or so ago our computer crashed. Sad Sad Sad!! Luckily we have all of our pictures backed up, but still its just sad. That is my excuse for not blogging. I know its not a very good one, but that's what I'm going with.


I have been debating how I should catch up. I finally decided that I would start with the most recent stuff and work my way back because I have the recent stuff on the laptop. So here it goes!


Here is a little photo shoot that I did with the kids.. They didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, but I'll take what I can get!

My mom has a picture of me, Bry and Scott when we were younger. I am holding Scott and Bry is standing to the side of us. Sounds cute right.....so I tried to recapture that thought. Not quite as easy as I thought it would be. This is what I ended up with.....Trevin crying, Kason frustrated, and Jayli pouting picking her nose.....go figure!
