It's SOOOOOO nice outside!

We had our first official picnic yesterday but of course I forgot to take a picture. So here is day 2 of picnics! The kiddos are having a great time playing outside. We are definitely ready for spring around here!

Here is the tent that Koni and Brian gave the kids for Christmas. It is so cute. They have had a great time playing in there today. Kason keeps telling Jayli that they are in the Jungle, but its ok cause they are the biggest giraffe there!

Me and Kason worked out in the backyard all day yesterday getting it all cleaned up for summer. Its amazing how bad it gets when its cold outside. It looks much much better now. I got my patio table and chairs all scrubbed down so they are sparkling, now we get to start eating outside! I can hear Kasey sigh clear from work!!! I love to eat outside. Ok back outside I go!!

Super Incredible Conductor

We got the train tracks out today and then Kason wanted to dress up in his Thomas outfit. That didnt last long and then he wanted to be superman. Then he wanted to be the incredible boy (oops forgot his name) after he realized that didnt fit he went back to superman, but kept the incredible mask and added the thomas hat. Silly guy! Jayli got to be the incredible but she didnt really like it too much.


We had to set up both train tracks so Jayli could play without bothering Kason and Braden!

Chuck E. Cheese

I am always amazed at how much fun we have at Chuck E. Cheese. We can get 100 tokens for just $15.00 and have hours of fun!!! We were there about 3 hours yesterday and the kids had a blast. I love these pictures that they take there.

Enough is enough.....

no more growing for the kids at the Taylor house. Our kids are getting so big and Im ready for them to just stop. We were looking at Kason the other day and he is just so grown up, I can't stand it.

Our Valentines day was full of heart shaped food. Pancakes with strawberry jam for breakfast, chesse quesadillas for lunch and then steak and potatoes for dinner. Yep....I even had heart shaped potatoes!!!!

How long did you date? Our first date was in Jan of 2000 and we were married June 22, 2001.

Well I think we are all finally feeling better. 3 weeks ago I got really sick and then about 2 weeks ago the kids got it. It’s been terrible. There is nothing worse than being sick than having your kids all sick too. I don’t know how Kasey always manages to not get it. So we have had a rough few weeks, but I think we are just about all better. I feel fine, but the kids still have a bit of a cough which the dr said could last 2 more weeks. I sure hope it doesn’t.

So our computer monitor went out the other day so we had to get a new one. You should see this giant thing Kasey came home with. It’s about as big as the desk, ok not quite that big but seriously......I keep telling him it’s too big, but he doesn’t seem to think so! Boys.....

Ohhh Yeah!!! Guess who is almost potty trained! Jayli is such a big girl I can’t stand it. She does so well when we are home as long as she gets to be naked. She LOOOOOVES to be naked just like her brother did.

She's all girl!

So I painted my toenails last night and so when Jayli saw them this morning she stripped off her jammies as fast as she could and ran her little toes to me! She was so excited to have hers done.

Last night Jayli was running around playing and tripped and landed head first into the coffee table. You like her nice black eye. Poor thing.

The Wedding!

Kyle and Danielle asked Kason to be the ring bearer for their wedding on the 29th! At first he was excited since he already knew the plan from Scott and Brittneys wedding, then he decided he didn't want to do it. We (well actually just me) took him to get fitted for his mini tux. Sounds fun huh.....NOPE it was a nightmare. Jayli fell asleep on the way so I was trying to hold her. We had to wait a bit for some help since it was packed so I finally layed Jayli down on the couch. Perfect!! Then the girl came out and did all the measuring, this part was ok. Then she brought out all the pieces and he insisted on going into the dressing room. Strange since he doesn't care who sees him in his undies. So the girl helping us told me she would watch Jayli for me so I didn't have to try and hold her and change him. So we get in there and he doesn't want to wear ANY OF IT. But we finally get it all tried on and then we're on our way back home. In the car I asked him "Why were you acting like that" his response....."I have ants in my tummy again, and they didn't want me to wear those clothes, so they made me cranky....I'm sorry mommy. The ants are gone now, so I wont be cranky anymore!" What the........
So then we're getting ready for the wedding on Saturday and he is insisting on wearing his new race car shoes. So we tell him that he can wear them until we get there then he needs to wear the other ones. Luckily he agrees. On the way there he tells me "I don't want to be in Kyles wedding, I want to be in MY wedding!"
Once we got there and we were getting him all dressed everyone kept telling him how cute he looked. At first he would say "No I don't" but then I think he started to like it. He would walk up to someone and just look at them with his hands in his pockets and wait for them to say how cute he was. He did a great job during the wedding, and even wore his tux..minus the jacket for the whole open house.
Then when we were getting ready for church yesterday and he was insisting on wearing his wedding clothes. I wish we would have kept them so he could wear it. We left it with Koni so should could return it for us.

This is Jayli's new trick. When you are changing her diaper and getting her dressed, she takes off under the table. Little naked girl doesn't think you can see her when she is hiding!

We have a very fun Christmas. We were in Utah from Friday until Christmas Eve morning. Then we came home to spend Christmas Day with Kasey's family. It was a lot of fun that we got to see everyone this year. We went to Price on Sunday to have dinner with Lynn, Marilyn, Allison, Brandon, Tammy and Kids. It was fun as always. Then we went over to Mary Ann and Kevin's to see them and the kids. Stacey, Shelley, Sean and Ty were there. It was so good to see everyone, it has been way to long.

Christmas Day we finally woke the kids up at around 8:30. We got all the presents opened and played with a few things then we went over to Keli's house at 2 for lunch with all the Taylors. It was lots of fun. Kason and Jayli sure love being together with all of their cousins.
