Wheres the rain?
We have been getting flash flood warnings for 2 full days now. How much rain have we had??? NOT A SINGLE DROP! Kason and Jayli were playing in the backyard today just waiting for the rain. It skipped right over us. Kason said "Mom I think it forgot about us." We need at least something to make this humidity seem semi worth it. I love when it floods here, it's the only drastic weather we get! Here's hopin' for something to happen tonight!

That is funny, don't you live in Las Vegas? I don't ever remember seeing rain while I was there, but I guess you never know. For your kids sake, I hope the rain arrives soon, I know that kids love to play in the rain. I hope that you are feeling well.
Didn't you know we live in a WPA? A "weather protected area" I'm convinced of it! A friend of mine was over today and looking at the big, dark clouds, she was sure we'd get rain. I informed her of the WPA and she didn't believe me. A few hours later she left and there had not been one drop of rain and the skies were blue. I too wish it would rain. My girls have been waiting sooo long! Know any rain dances? hee hee.
